Welcome to UniPath Kuwait (the "App"). By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) The service

UniPath helps students explore universities, majors, certifications and scholarship pathways in Kuwait and abroad. It is an informational guide only and does not provide official advice or admissions services.

2) Not official advice

University names are real, but admission requirements, fees, deadlines and figures are indicative and may change. Always verify details with the official university or authority before making decisions. UniPath is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university, NBAQ, or government body.

3) No guarantee of outcome

UniPath does not guarantee admission, acceptance, eligibility, scholarship selection, or any particular result. Admission and scholarship decisions rest solely with the institutions and authorities. You rely on the information at your own discretion and risk.

4) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

5) Accounts & guest use

You may use the App as a guest or with an account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

6) Your data

Your preferences, favorites and checklist are stored on your device and — when you sign in — synced to your account so they follow you across devices. Account email is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.

7) Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

8) Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit may be used by UniPath without restriction, attribution or compensation, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them.

9) Content & links

The App may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

10) Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. We will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Disclaimer of warranties

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniPath and Prometheus Agent Company for Proprietary Software Design and Programming are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, missed deadlines, or decisions made in reliance on the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed KWD 10.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniPath and Prometheus Agent Company for Proprietary Software Design and Programming from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue before you bring a claim.
